How it works
How it works
Four steps, and one proof you have to sign before anything is printed.
The four steps
From idea to doorstep.
01
Design
Type your name, drop in your menu, pick a colour, and watch the bag redraw as you go. The preview is not an impression of the bag — it is rendered from the same artwork that goes to the press, so what you approve on screen is what comes off it.
02
Order
Check out securely when the design is right. There are no artwork files to prepare, no print-ready PDFs to chase from a designer, and no setup call. If you can fill in a form, you can order a bag.
03
Approve
We send a proof and nothing moves until you approve it. Your approval is explicit and timestamped, and it records exactly which version of the design you signed off — so there is never a question about what was agreed.
04
Delivered
Your bags are printed, packed and delivered to your door. Made to order · 8–10 weeks door to door.
Approval
The proof is the promise.
Nothing goes to the press until you have said yes. We send you a proof of the finished bag, and approving it is an explicit, deliberate act — not a reply to an email, and not something that happens by default if you go quiet.
Your approval is timestamped and recorded against the exact version of the design you approved. If a single letter changes afterwards, it is a different design and it needs a new approval. That is what makes the preview a promise rather than an illustration.
Before you start
What made to order actually means.
Your bags are printed for you, from scratch, in one run — which is why there is a minimum of 10,000 bags per design and why it takes time. Made to order · 8–10 weeks door to door. Thank You bags are the exception: they are stock rather than printed for you, so they start at 1 carton of 500 bags. Every figure is on the pricing page in full, and none of them moves once you have ordered.
See the preview before you commit to anything.
