One design, minimum 10,000 bags. The minimum exists because setting up a print run costs the same whatever the quantity, and a run below that size is not one we can print properly. It is a genuine commitment, and worth checking against how many bags you actually get through in a year before you order. Thank You bags are the exception: they are stock in our house colours rather than printed for you, so they start at 1 carton of 500 bags and need no design at all.

Made to order · 8–10 weeks door to door. Your bags are made to order — nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting for you. If you need bags this week, we are not the right supplier: keep a buffer and reorder well before you are down to the last carton.

No. One ink colour per bag is a physical constraint of the press, not a package tier, so it is the same for every order. It is less limiting than it sounds: the constraint is what gives the print its crispness. If you upload a logo, the configurator converts it to single-ink line art and always shows you the converted result, so you see exactly what will print rather than an approximation.

There are two sizes: Large is 27 × 15 × 42.5 cm, and Small is 27 × 12 × 32 cm.

No. There are no artwork files to prepare and no print-ready PDFs to chase from a designer. You type your name, add your menu, choose a colour, and the preview redraws as you go. If you have a logo you can upload it; if you do not, your name is typeset for you.

Yes, and nothing goes to the press until you approve it. Approval is an explicit, deliberate act — not a reply to an email, and not something that happens by default if you go quiet. It is timestamped and recorded against the exact version of the design you approved, so if a single letter changes afterwards it is a different design and needs a new approval.

No, and that is deliberate. Prices live online, reached by a QR code on the bag, so your bag never goes out of date. Put your prices up on a Monday and every bag you have already printed is still correct — no overprinting, no stickers, no waste.

There are 15 house colours to choose from. Each one is a pairing: the colour of the bag, and the single ink colour printed on it.
